Where is Heat & Anger located?
We are located at 699 River Road, Hamilton, just up from the Fairfield bridge and exactly opposite Waikato Diocesan School for Girls. We run our business from home so we ask that people are respectful of our hours and also give us a call before coming on site.
How long does it take for an order for coffee, consumables or accessories to get processed?
Please allow 1 working day to process your order. Expect an email within 1 working day to let you know your order is on the way! Courier times within NZ take between 1-3 working days on average but allow a little longer if you are rural or South Island.
What are your delivery rates?
We operate a Flat Rate delivery/shipping policy.
Orders under 1kg in weight: A flat rate delivery fee of $4 applies.
Orders 1kg & over in weight: A flat rate delivery fee of $6 applies.
Both flat fees are for anywhere in NZ. Rural addresses included. See our shipping policy for more details.
Do you do International shipping?
Unfortunately currently we do not ship outside of New Zealand. For orders to the Pacific Islands, please contact us and we can see what is possible.
Can I do a free pick up?
Yes, you sure can. We allow free pick ups from our place of work, 699 River Road, Fairfield, Hamilton 3210, New Zealand. Just place your order on our website, select the Pick Up option, and we will send you a message when your order is ready to collect (usually within 2 hours during working hours).
What are the equipment (coffee machines & grinders) delivery options?
Equipment orders will either be delivered or shipped with a specialist carrier - prices for this will be on an individual basis due the heavy, bulky and fragile nature of these products.
Equipment from our Home line will be shipped free of charge.
How do I know what equipment would best suit my needs?
This depends on a few different factors, including but not limited to how many coffees you need to make each day, in what environment (office, cafe, home etc), where you are located etc. Some locations (like Rotorua for example) require modifications to be done to the machine so that it can withstand the high levels of sulphur in the area. Talk to us to understand all you need to know about what machine would work best for you. We help you through this process without being pushy, and with you front of mind.
Can I get training from you?
Absolutely! We provide free training with all purchases of our Professional machines (an initial training and continued support) and we also give free support to our Home machine users via videos (or pop in and see us in Hamilton).
What are you doing to minimise your environmental impact?
This is very important to us. All of our coffee cups are commercially compostable and our cold cups are made from PET1 which is recyclable in curbside household recycling in all local councils across NZ (including Kirikiriroa/Hamilton). We suggest doing a proper rinse of the cups before placing them in the recycling bin. We source all of our packaging within NZ which helps support other Kiwi businesses and minimises airmiles.
